HOME STYLE LASAGNA
For RLCB ground beef
Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Serve with a green salad
Ingredients
- mozzarella cheese, grated 
- 24oz spaghetti sauce 
- 12oz diced tomatoes (1 can) 
- 1 TSP oregano 
- pepper to taste 
- 2 TBSP Olive oil 
- 1.5# RLCB ground beef 
- 1 medium onion, chopped 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 box oven-ready lasagna noodles 
- 16oz ricotta cheese 
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. 
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until tender. 
- Add hamburger and brown. 
- Add spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes, pepper to taste and oregano. 
- Spread half of the hamburger mixture in the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Place a layer of oven ready lasagna noodles over the sauce layer. Spread the Ricotta cheese over the first layer of noodles. 
- Place another layer of noodles over the ricotta cheese. Spread the remaining hamburger mixture on top of the noodles. Top with grated mozzarella. 
- Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes. 
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes to melt and slightly brown the mozzarella cheese.
