Mongolian Beef Sliders

Serve over hamburger buns, open faced or closed for a sandwich. Pairs well with asian salad.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce 
- 1 Tbsp honey 
- Hamburger buns 
- 1 pound ground beef 
- 1 medium onion, chopped 
- 2 chili peppers, chopped 
 (Anaheim, Poblano, jalapenos or serrano, depending on how hot you prefer)
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce 
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef then add onion, and chilies. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Pour off any drippings. 
- Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and honey and simmer until ready to serve.
